20 Pacific Northwest Tree House Rentals to Book Now

Perched high in an evergreen canopy, a quaint Pacific Northwest tree house awaits your stay. Maybe you're looking for a totally off-the-grid, no cell service, wifi, or heat kind of adventure, or maybe you're more of a hot tub, flat-screen TV, walk to the antique shops type. Whatever your style, there's a treehouse rental in this list for you, promise.

1. Enso Treehouse

Tiny, minimal, and stunning, the Enso Treehouse sits high above a private beach, turned white by resident oysters, on British Columbia's Salt Spring Island. Pro tip: Pluck a few of those bad boys and roast them over a beach fire for the freshest seafood feast around. The studio-style tree house has a king-sized bed, a kitchenette stocked with a few local delectables, and a cozy reading nook with a waterfront view. It's glamping at its finest. After exploring Mt. Erskin's fairy doors and island views, pick up a bottle of Salt Spring Wild Cider or stop in for a tasting flight (Bitter Orange Rosemary was my fave), swing by Salt Spring Island Cheese Company for some goat cheese tapenade, and blackberry wine from Salt Spring Vineyards for a tasty picnic on the deck of your tree house by the sea. My mouth is watering just remembering it!

If you like vintage snowcat rides, spiked hot chocolate, snowshoeing, and private mountaintops, you're going to loveeee this. It's open year-round, but the magic happens in the winter when the snow falls and it's just you behind four glass walls in the great outdoors.

My favorite part? Baking in the wood-fired sauna, then snowshoeing back to our cozy bed in the canopy beneath a blanket of stars.
